That does not mean you try to make the MLM business something it is not. You must focus on Hope not Hype. When you hype people into joining you can’t build a successful business. This makes sense, when you cover things in sugar you eventually have the sugar melt and then your new member knows what the business is really about. Do you think he or she will be happy? NO. They will most likely quit your business and spread the word you are not to be trusted.

Hype does not work. Instead, show them how to have hope for the future. Show them the hope for increased earnings. Help them to hope for a better lifestyle than the one they have now. Hope magnetizes people to you but Hype repels them. Hyping works on the head but Hoping works on the heart. Most people are drawn to hope like a moth to light. The need to hope for a better future for thier families and themselves. Marketing Hope instead of Hype will explode your recruiting effors.

Your prospects will recruit themselves if you can connect them to the hope that comes from the possibilities of your business. You will only be successful recruiting when you tie the hope in their heart to the potential results of their business. You can not make someone join your organization. Instead, you must show them how the possibilities of the business can fulfill their hopes and dreams. If this happens they will almost sign themselves. You do not have to do any type of selling.
